We needed a lot of work doing to our heating system, work that also included a new oil tank and pipe work. Tony provided us with a quote, along with other companies. Key for us, and why we asked him to do the works, was his professional and considered approach. Tony and Sam showed up when they said they would, and did a brilliant job. Even though our house provided a few curve balls, they stuck with it and kept us informed at all stages. Very professional, respectful and courteous. Should we need more work doing we would not hesitate is asking them back and we recommend them unreservedly.

We contacted Rice Plumbing & Oil Heating late yesterday afternoon suspecting a potential leak on the oil line into the boiler. Tony arranged to attend today between 11-12am. At 11am he arrived, completed a full pressure test on the line, checked the tank etc and thankfully confirmed everything was ok. As summarised above, the response and work we received was exceptional. We found Tony to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are delighted to have found a local company that operate to such high standards and have already booked our boiler service and further works with them. Based on our experience, highly recommended.

First met Tony and Sam when they came to do a repair to our aged oil fired boiler in the winter. Did such a good job we arranged to have a new boiler installed by them. This has just been completed to our satisfaction in every way. Tidy workers. Punctual. Trustworthy. Honest and up front in terms of costs and any issues discovered during the works. Good handover with proper guidance and instruction on use. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and we shall continue to use them for annual servicing. Tony & Sam installed a gas central heating system for us. The price was the most competitive and they were able to start and complete the work in a reasonable time. The quality is top notch. They always kept our best interests in mind and we're very happy with the result. They were professional and friendly throughout, and we would definitely recommend them.
