I really liked this shop, but why have they ruined it??? It is now so claustrophobic, the aisles are so narrow and tiny that you feel so agitated and enclosed, especially when some-one else is trying to walk down or pass you in that confined space. Well, they simply can't! It's truly awful! They have also placed stuff so high up that I couldn't even see the prices, never mind a hope of reaching the product, and no, I am not a dwarf nor over weight. Such a shame as it was a nice space with friendly staff. It is now just so irritating to be in there that I put my products down and got the bus to Holland and Barrett. Fine if you are an 8 ft tall stick or know exactly what you want and can wait at the till while a member of staff finds it for you.....quite possibly with a ladder. Seriously ill thought through and consumer unfriendly.

Usually have a good experience here but today assistant handled my goods with no gloves no mask no hand sanitiser. This is supposed to be a Health Store. Worrying, discourteous and possibly dangerous.

Great little local natural products store that I can always count on for my random natural deodorant, toothpaste and herbal tea purchases. Knowledgable staff and friendly service never fail to make each visit a good one.
