Their commercial vehicles are shoddy and unreliable, and dealing with them for even the most simple of things is a bureaucratic nightmare - ironic for a business that's supposedly based on Flexibility.

Lauren Beamish1 StarReflex left my 20 year old daughter and her older brother to unload a work van by themselves and proceeded to sit in the front and not even offer to help. The items in the back of the van were heavy building/construction materials. They moved the van from our private car park to the street in front so my children had to pull the heavy equipment by themselves down the street to the back of the house. They just sat in the van whilst my children unloaded the heavy materials and left them in the street in a bunch of garbage after they left. Disgusted at their attitude and the fact they didn’t even offer to help and made things harder by moving the van further away. Very disappointed in the men and the companyThursday 5th August 2021
