Mark recommend the position firstly and explained in detail what the role was and what would be expected and noted to the employer my main skills and attributes which takes the pressure of someone like me that never knows what to note on application forms!
Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and able to ask for feedback from any interview which I appreciated.
