Our journey begins with a complimentary 90-minute consultation, to build a picture of your performance status to date, along with race objectives and personal goals. This initial consultation will enable us to understand your strengths and weaknesses and present a performance profile back to you.

Cannot recommend Rich’s sessions enough. They are challenging yet differentiated to all abilities and always different. I appreciate the ongoing encouragement, along with the explanations behind the exercises we do. Rich focuses on quality and will always correct any incorrect movements to ensure everyone gets the most out of their sessions without the risk of injury. I’ve been attending over 6 months now and have noticed how much the sessions have impacted my strength, mobility and general overall fitness. People of all ages and fitness abilities attend and they welcomed me right in, it’s always a fun atmosphere. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to improve and sustain their overall fitness. Thanks Rich!

Richard is very professional and hosts a very challenging circuits class Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. He breaks up the sessions so every training session is different. He pushes the team to work hard and you can definitely feel like you have worked out. I have been to many gyms but this is by far the best. Rich turns up to each session with a good attitude and makes sessions fun. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. He also offers one on one and his prices are very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable with regards to rehab any injuries he will in his own time offer a bit of physio or offer advice on injuries. Always go above and beyond and exceeds expectations. Sessions are first class. They're always challenging, but are always enjoyable as well. Richard is a great instructor; always has a smile on his face, always encouraging and knows his stuff; always very professional. The sessions are a good mix of strength and cardio and are never boring. There's a terrific team spirit within the group, which makes coming to these sessions very addictive. Highly recommended.

I’ve been having sessions with Richard for nearly a year now. He’s helped grow my confidence in the gym & within myself. He knows just how hard to push me & I’ve really enjoyed being pushed out of my comfort zone. Richard is super friendly supportive and encouraging & we have a laugh, which makes the sessions fly by. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Richard at Raw Fitness. I have a weekly group PT session, every week brings on a new challenge. Each session is tailored to push us to achieve our best, with careful coaching on technique and specifically helping me with my running fitness.
