Helen King1 StarBooked in for Prime to come out and take a look at my campervan, which wouldn't start, while I was on holiday. I confirmed the appointment by text but called the following day when I hadn't heard anything more. The guy who answered said he'd been unable to go the previous day due to staff sickness but was on his way there in the next 30-40mins. I have heard absolutely nothing since despite trying to contact them by phone and text multiple times. Needless to say the van has not been fixed. I am very disappointed by this lack of professionalism and being denied the opportunity to find someone else who might actually have done the work. We were due to go away for a night in the van on our return from holiday but had to pay for an airbnb instead.Friday 24th September 2021
