Elaine Oliver1 StarDo not get your parcel delivered here. They sent all my grandchildren presents back because she said she did not have the room to keep them. When I complained she was arrogant and was not bothered. Now my grandchildren have no presents to open on Christmas day. I hope you are happy and you're children get there presents. How can you sleep knowing you have done this to children.Monday 23rd December 2019
