The room was a good size, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the secondary glazing kept the relatively busy road noise down to a minimum. The staff were always pleasant and obliging. The breakfast was wholesome, if you wished, and varied.

Room was spacious, clean and well presented. Bed was somewhat on the firm and very creaky side but we had an excellent night's sleep and an exceptionally enjoyable cooked breakfast (shame the plates were stone cold as warmed would have made it perfect!). We'd definitely stay again.

Enjoyed a night away in a comfy bed ( quite high for some, though didn't effect us) perfect air conditioning, spotlessly clean. only criticism is that there wasn't enough sugar and tea bags, 2 teabags and 4 sugars, hubby had to go and ask reception in morning for more as he has about 6 sugars as they are half teaspoon. But this happens to us in most hotels, we will be definitely back again and hopefully pay around 39 pound again.

We stayed for a weekend in July and this hotel was lovely and so clean and fresh. The rooms were tastefully decorated and it is really close to Oxford City centre, just a quick taxi ride away. We also ate in their restaurant downstairs where the food was really nice. Our server, Damian was excellent too. He was really pleasant and attentive and made our experience their lovely. Nice to see these days when some restaurants have turned to self app ordering putting you off visiting. Not here, the whole evening was lovely. Well done. Will definitely recommend staying here!!!

Oh dear. What a shame. This is the worst Premier Inn we’ve stayed in. We’ve stayed in quite a few and they’ve all been of a very good quality. When we got to reception there was a very long queue out onto the pavement outside. Only two members of staff were at check-in and the automatic check-in machines weren’t working. Also, unfortunately, the fire alarm kept going off, which meant one of the reception staff had to dash off to switch it off. Once checked in we were given two possible breakfast times, either 7.15 or 9.15 as we were told the hotel was fully booked. There are two hours between these times, and we wanted, say, something around 8 or 8.30. Luckily the very helpful receptionist was able to pull a few strings and we got in at 8.15. The room was alright, but the bathroom fan was very noisy, the lamp in the room didn’t work, two of the electric sockets were faulty and there was a hair on the wall in the bathroom. We didn’t raise these issues as reception was so busy. Breakfast was good (no cranberry juice though) and the staff friendly. On the way back to our room we couldn’t get back in the main hotel as our room card wouldn’t work on the outside door. Overall, we were really very unimpressed and have raised the matter with Premier Inn directly.
