I rang and asked for a new boiler quote. Ash came round on the day that suited me best and gave us good information on choosing the boiler to suit our needs. The day came for installation and they arrived on time. The fitter was very polite and just got the job done. The boiler works brilliantly 👍👍👍. Well done to Plumbzone what a great service. I am most impressed with the professional service provided by Plumbzone. The initial survey was carried out, options discussed clearly with me and quotation by email arrived rapidly. My new heating system was installed efficiently and punctually leaving me with minimal disruption. A question about my boiler control was responded to immediately and effectively by Ash ( on a Bank Holiday too ) Would thoroughly recommend this company.

I have previously used Plumbzone for domestic issues. Today I rang to advise that my toilet was not flushing. Ash arrived within 2 hours. He advised me of the possible scenarios and got straight down to work. All completed in good time and two bathroom taps no longer dripping to boot! Sensible prices and swift response. My tenant informed me he was having issues with the boiler in a property I let. That boiler had had it so plumbzone gave me 4 quotes in different price ranges with different boiler brands. I chose my preferred option which was Worcester and it was installed 2 days later. Both myself and the tenant were impressed with the speed & quality of the work. Highly recommended!
