I recently hired Platinum Heating Emergency Plumber & Boiler Repair to replace 2 shut-off valves for our washing machine as well one for our outside faucet. All three shut-offs were seized and were in need of replacement. Platinum Heating Emergency Plumber & Boiler Repair technician was able to provide me with a quote right away by text after sending him pictures of the shut-offs that needed replacing. Platinum Heating Emergency Plumber & Boiler Repair technician responded very quickly to my request for a new boiler installation and was able to arrange it the same week. He carried out the work neatly, professionally and quietly all in the same day, explaining everything I needed to know. He clearly cares about ensuring every detail is correct. They have previously also repaired a boiler for me. I can highly recommend them for repairs and installations.

I rang this number as I had blocked toilets at my Exeter office and I was abroad at the time, so needed someone quick. They charged me £298 which covered me for 1 hour and full rodding etc. They arrived quickly and cleared the blockage via the outside drain cover. The chap was only there for 5mins and left. over the next 2 x days the problem built back up again and the toilets were still blocked. when I phoned to tell them they wanted a further £198 to come out again. I contacted a plumber friend who came out and rodded the drains fully for me. The drains had not been fully rodded and flushed through on the first visit. Conclusion: way to expensive, not thorough, and wanted to charge me twice. would not recommend.

I was so glad that Platinum Heating Emergency Plumbing was called by my home warranty insurance. They really did a good job re-routing the pipes in my house when I had a slab leak in my house. It took a whole day to finished it but they made sure that everything is done and my pipes where fixed and running. Thank you Boiler Repair Exeter. You guys are great!!!!!
