Adam Mackenzie5 StarPilates plus is a great service. Since doing Pilates I have not had an issue with my back and seen a significant improvement in my athletic ability. The physio support is fantastic. The physios are all extremely educated and friendly. The programmes are specific to you so you can rehab as quickly as possible.
My work is dynamic and I have received a Professional and flexible service which means I go back to them whenever I need help with my injuries or Pilates.
