Phoebe Dean-Hannah5 StarWhen my aunt passed away I rehomed her Spanish waterdog. He came to a different country with different people and his coat was a mess due to being in quarantine and travelling to the UK. He was such an anxious boy. Helen took over 6hours to complete his first groom. She gave him so much love, patience and snuggles throughout. Over the 2yrs he's been with me, Helen has gone out of her way to ease him into being regularly groomed. He now takes under 2hours for a full groom with no breaks needed. His anxiety has decreased enormously and he's grown to love having a bath and becoming all clean and fresh! If Helen hadn't taken the time to get to know him, go for walks with him and her own dogs and shown him so much love and care, this would've never been possible. He is not just an income to her, he's a doggo she loves. Helen is so knowledgeable, passionate and caring in what she does. She never backs down to a challenge and my boy definitely gave her one! Her prices are absolutely spot on. She's worth so much more than she charges for the love, care and attention to detail she provides. She's always so reliable, responsive and honest.
