If I could rate this company with NO STARS then I would !! My experience with them has been appalling, I purchased a block booking and half way through my lessons my driving instructor disappeared and I was advised by the owner that he had unexpectedly left. The owner/manager then took over the remainder of the lessons, my first lesson (and last) with the owner, he arrived in a completely different and significantly larger car with the controls all completely different, which I could have gotten used to given time, however he then advised me that my previous instructor had been teaching me illegal manovers, and teaching me to coast at junctions, corners and roundabouts. It completely destroyed my confidence and when I asked for either a refund or additional lessons as a good will gesture to correct the bad habits and illegal manovers he had tought me, which now we're pretty much ingrained after 20hrs of lessons he said no because all driving instructors with this company were self employed even though I booked my lesson through the company not the instructor. I was basically told nothing would be done by them even though they acknowledged the poor training I had received with their company. My confidence and trust in the company was completely destroyed that I did not continue with the lessons I had already paid for !! The company did not even bother to contact me to make arrangements for the remainder of my lessons, I was so appalled at the response I received and would not recommend this company to anyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

Extremely dissapionted that before I could even experience my first driving lesson I've been let down. Blissfully ignorant to the legalitys of having a first driving lesson I recieved a text only the night before my lesson about what I need to prove I can drive, being unaware of this I have made no effort to get my national insurance number after never receiving one anyways, which I need in order to have a lesson. Because of this i can't have my first driving lesson as planned at 8am because of such little notice I was given. After ringing up pass and go they then said the payment for the lesson is non refundable, which is quite frankly unfair from my point of view, if they had made people more aware of the needs to have a lesson I would not be so dissapionted.
