They are actually the worst cab to book, a complete opposite of their name. Booked one of their drivers this morning by 7:26 to pick me up by 8:05am. He was outside my house 3 minutes to the agreed time, by the time I came to board the cab, he had picked up a neighbour and left. On calling to make complaint, I was told they would send me another cab when I had already gotten to my destination without any remorse. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PLEASE!!!

On time taxis, Mmm…not sure the on time is accurate! Booked a taxi to collect my daughter from school to take her for hospital appointment. Called nearly 15 minutes after booked time to confirm collection address and still 5 minutes away. Left my meeting to collect her and get her to hospital on time. Poor service and even worse attitude to not making agreed appointment

On Friday the 9th of February a few of my friends and my sister were heading back late from Canterbury after a night out they chose on time cars as saw a good rating turns out it was the worst night of there life to date the driver started to seem dazed whilst driving the car and fell asleep at the wheel, three of my friends including in the back of car were asleep but crashed into a parked car going 40 miles per hour whilst asleep and flip the car onto the other side of the road I would not recommend this company they an apology from the firm for almost killing them I am extremely upset that this company have not offered any compensation and are still making money with there drivers who are not capable of staying awake during their shift and putting many people in danger
