The Shreester3 StarThe customer facing staff are almost always friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I've had several bad experiences, where films have started without any sound or with the lights remaining on, or with an obstruction in front of the projector, all of which suggest that the technical staff are sometimes not paying the attention they should...
Some of the cinemas have also become dirty over time, with several stained and worn seats which need cleaning/repairing, probably through heavy, repeated usage with little incentive to maintain them between screenings.
The cinema may be better served by reducing from 8 screens to 6 to better focus their efforts, but when Jerry Maguire suggested something similar he was fired!Tuesday 9th November 2021
Urahara’s Shop4 StarWent to screen 6. Was relaxing and quiet. Staff were very polite and helpful. The bad part is the toilets. They’re in poor condition. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been bleached for months if not a year. The wall tiles which are meant to be white, are green and become greener as you look downFriday 5th November 2021

Ruthie Davies5 StarA bit dated inside and could do with some more self service ticket machines. It could have done with somewhere to sit down and wait for your film as there were people sitting on the floor. This would especially be appreciated by disabled people.
The screen inside the cinema was epic though, so it gets five stars from me.Wednesday 17th November 2021
