How all cinemas should be done! Cannot fault it. Not one bit. Staff were great space was impeccably tidy. Seating was great. Will def be going more often. Love it!!

Firstly the good. Which is the comfy seats. The overall experience ain’t so great. The customer service here does not exist. Seems like the staff need more training in service and hospitality. The food is overpriced which is exceptional only if the quality is high standard. It did not taste great and your waiting over an hour for it to arrive less than warm not hot. I would expect bottled drinks if I’m paying £4 and not drinks on tap. Basically robbing its customers. They need to up their standards and service. Customers paying nearly £80/£90 all together on food drinks and the tickets. Rather go out for a nice meal in a restaurant and receive better service than them.

Really disappointing experience. Spent £50 on two tickets, but the team seemed to disregard the “dine” part and closed the bar entirely at 9:30 for drinks orders (and at seat service) for a film which started at 8:40. When asked why they felt this was appropriate they explained “well we need to get out of here”. Try one of the independent luxury cinema chains instead…

My partner and I went to the 4 pm showing of Batman today. Excellent decor, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I mean seriously they make you feel like you are something special. The service goes above and beyond. We had a slight issue with a couple who seemed to forget that the movie we all paid to see might have been slightly more enjoyable had they been able to shut up at anytime at all during the movie but the staff handled it discreetly and kindly. Honestly I cannot fault the cinema, the staff or the movie. ( seriously go see The Batman. ) We will be back. And all the staff deserve pay rises. Absolutely worth paying the extra money for.

The seats are comfy and decor is nice. Good for having drinks at the bar before the film. But other than that the service is lacking and food is not great. I would strongly advise going elsewhere for something to eat.
