Overpriced and very basic for a cinema. Seats aren't comfortable and it has fallen behind its local competition like showcase. The prices they charge for snacks and drinks now is just ridiculous, even on a good wage! Coming out of the late night showing to drunk people wasn't the best either. Needs revamping, repricing or I fear it will disappear, but hope it doesn't as it has been in Coventry for so long. Good job the film was good!

The film we watched was amazing... the staff are very nice... but so unorganised when ordering food and buying tickets... Nobody knows that you buy the food first and queue to collect after... Someone should be there to tell people as it was chaos to be honest...

Extremely overpriced and disorganized. The prices were exorbitant and not displayed anywhere, at least not near the cash point, which I’m not even sure is legal. Snacks and drinks were very basic, both in taste and size, especially for the high price point. The cinema itself was passable, a bit maze-like but the seats were decent and film shown normally. Bathrooms were lacking proper soap, which is worrying especially during a pandemic. Overall quite disorganised, we had to wait around 15 minutes to buy tickets even though there were only 5 or so people before us. Very limited staff.
