Ben was really really helpful when a pipe burst in our bathroom. It’s bank holiday weekend and he took the time to help us turn off the water to the toilet via video call without expectation of payment. Due to his professional and kind manner, we were more than happy to get him to come out and help fix the pipe which he did it record time (which saved us on the hourly rate). He clearly explained why this happened and eased our worries of future issues. Thank you so much for helping us in a panic!

Thank you for fixing our boiler! Our landlord arranged for Ben to come to our flat, he fixed it promptly and explained what was happening which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this company!

Ben is a brilliant Plumber who's work is excellent. He works quickly and efficiently but not only that Ben is a kind , considerate, lovely person who listens to you. I'm thankful I hired him and thankful I met him as I don't know where I'd be without his help. Ben deserves so much praise for his work. I thank him dearly for everything he has done for me. I will definitely hire him again in the future.
