I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nu Age again. Right from the off the communication was outstanding, they responded to messages promptly and were extremely helpful. I tried numerous plumbers who didn’t respond however because these guys did and I’m glad they got the work regardless off their quote. Customer service means a lot and they went above and beyond. A special mention for Daniel who i was in coms with, he was extremely helpful and polite. The work is very tidy and the engineer turned up on time. Overall anyone reading this review because they need work doing please don’t hesitate to get in touch with them.

Nu Age did a full re-fit on the family bathroom and downstairs toilet. The project was managed by Kieran, who was professional and responsive to all our questions. Nick and Dan carried out the bulk of the work and did a fantastic job. They were utterly professional and the finish is amazing. They kept the disruption to a minimum and vacuumed every evening before leaving. Great work and good value too. Would definitely recommend.

I had Dan come out and fix a pressure sensor in my boiler, which had caused it to fail. Dan fixed the issue within 20min, and was able to service my boiler thereafter. His work was very professional, and as such I would highly recommend. Dan was very friendly, and he kept in the loop with regards to necessary repairs when doing the service.

Professional, polite, efficient, on time, friendly - A* I never normally put reviews on Google, but I feel in the murky world of tradespeople that Daniel and his team deserve a mention. I had an issue which Daniel resolved to a very high standard and I was most blown away with his attitude, professionalism, responsiveness and general demeanor. Secondly to this, I have to note his response during out of hours is impeccable, quoting within minutes and responding to any queries in a similar time. Thank you very much.

Had a new boiler and some radiators replaced by Nu Age who were recommended by a friend and the service was brilliant. Questions via email or phone were answered quickly and on the day of the installation the team were very professional and pleasant, cleaning up after themselves so that there was no trace that they had even been there. It was also great value for money with the quote being considerably cheaper than the one I had from British Gas. I will definitely be be calling on them again for all my future plumbing/heating needs
