His name was either Andy or Adam, he had a taxi ready and waiting for us within 2 minutes. absolute diamond. the taxi driver was also very professional and pleasant. can not recommend enough!Friday 14th February 2020

Ben Wells1 StarAbsolutely appalling service. Booked via email as we needed a child seat, all confirmed for a 5.45am pick up. At 5.55 we called to be told we didn’t have a taxi booked and they couldn’t get to us for over an hour (which would is mean we would miss our flight to our first family holiday!).
We ended up having to drive, luckily we have access to a car. We had to park at the airport car park. Because we just arrived and didn’t have time to book the car park we ended up paying £112 rather than the £22 taxi fare agreed on the email. On our return I simply asked the taxi firm to reimburse me (less the value of the taxi fare) for the unexpected parking fee. After a battle of nearly 4 weeks of no returned calls and ignored emails I was told that they wouldn’t even offer a contribution to the parking costs.
The owner seemed to just hide behind his staff rather than admit responsibility for his companies failure.
So, in short, if you don’t want a taxi to turn up, you like a stressful start to a holiday and want to be nearly £100 out of pocket, use these clowns, if not, use another firm.Tuesday 17th December 2019
