Dean was brilliant right from the get-go in terms of booking the appointment, providing information on what is required prior to the booking and what to expect on the actual day of the Snagging. On the actual Snagging day Dean arrived on time and began with going through what work he will undertake during the day. Dean was approachable with any questions I had and explained matters very clearly which gave me good information. As the Snagging was being done I had checked up on Dean a few times and he was happy to go through Snags he had found so far and answer any questions I had at that time. Once the Snagging was complete, Dean had gone through the key issues so that I was aware as well as implications if the site did not act on it quickly. Dean was brilliant in providing details on the process and how I should tackle the approach to the Site Manager with the snags and this helped a great deal. Once the report arrived (within same day after I had made the payment), I read through and noticed how clear the report was which helped myself, as well as the Site Manager to know where each issue is. Overall I was very satisfied with this service and 100% recommend anyone purchasing a New Build Property. The amount you pay for this Service is going to save you tones of money and headache for the long term. I would certainly be recommending Dean to everyone I know purchasing a New Build. Thanks Dean!

Dean was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain things beforehand and after he had finished his snagging. He offered advice and has been very helpful in responding to any queries I’ve had since the inspection. 100% worth it, would definitely recommend. He was also able to get the report over the same day. 5 stars.

Dean did a thorough job checking our property for defects. His report was in-depth and detailed. Our developer has had no issues with the content of the report and has been working through it. Dean also gave tips and advice on how to deal with the developer and offered to step in if there was any issues. If I ever bought a new build again I would definitely use this company again and I recommend to others.

Dean was on time on the day and carried out a detailed survey. He picked up every single defect we would not have noticed. It was money well spent. He has also checked in a few times to find out the progress with the repairs and has offered advice on how to get it resolved quickly with the builder. I will definitely recommend NBS Inspections.

Excellent service from Dean. Good communication throughout, clear pricing and information on services offered. Survey covered all aspects of the house and garden. Unobtrusive and professional approach whilst carrying out survey. Professional report received with good photos and commentary/recommendations including referencing to British Standards where appropriate. Dean was happy to work around all of our junk and stuff having not long moved in. I have no doubts on recommending Dean/NBS Inspections to anyone looking for a snagging survey.
