Due to the additional costs of making Murphy Physiotherapy safe for our clients we need to increase our charges. These will now be:Initial Assessment and Treatment - £55 (1 hour contact time)(The Initial Assessment fee applies for all new problems or for an existing problem assessed more than 6 months previously)Subsequent Treatments -£40 (40 minutes contact time)

I saw Jo several years ago on recommendation from a friend. I was having knee issues while running. She asked me to bring my running shoes, so I brought several - she took one look and couldn't believe I was rotating shoes and no wonder I was having problems. What runner doesn't? It seemed her mind was mind up even before I managed to give her more information about the issue I was having. She recommended I do a couch to 5k program - I was running 30-40k a week at the time. I never went back. Sorry if this sounds harsh (especially seeing as all the other reviews are so positive), but I found her approach outdated and her lack of running-specific knowledge really surprised me. I wouldn't recommend her if you're a runner. This was several years ago though.

I play a lot of racket sports and Jo has kept me going for the last 15 years! She has always sorted out any problems I've had, finding solutions for all my strains and muscle issues, I'd have retired by now if it hadn't been for her outstanding expertise. Highly recommended.
