I attended Move Freely via a recommendation from a colleague who rated it very highly. I was apprehensive at my Consultation however the Physiotherapist Lorenz was delightful and listened to my concerns and asked very insightful and appropriate questions to help provide an effective treatment plan whilst putting me at ease. During treatment sessions I was always treated well and encouraged to say if I wasn’t happy with anything and at the start of each session we always reviewed any issues that may have arisen from the previous visit. I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone looking for helpful advice and positive treatment at a reasonable price. I found all the staff that I met helpful and friendly.

Excellent clinic. Would highly recommend. I approached Move Freely with >1 year chronic back pain and persistent muscle ache. Now I am pain free and much more well informed about how to keep the back healthy. I worked with Lorenz, who was immediately able to diagnose the issue at the first session and provided a reassuringly methodical and pragmatic path towards recovery, explaining his approach thoroughly every step of the way. He managed to fix, through massage and exercises (in my case), an issue that two previous chiropractors failed to remedy. I am incredibly grateful to Lorenz and Move Freely.

Fantastic - Great support during a difficult time! I was recommended Move Freely Sports Therapy by a friend to treat my upper back pain. I was impressed by the approach taken by Daniel to treat the person and the underlying cause of the pain to ensure that once the pain is relieved that it would not return, it did not take long for him to see what my issues were and set out how to fix them. We agreed a step by step plan to reach my goals and achieve the pain relief which involved a lot of work I needed to do at home too. Each treatment improved the issues I was having by giving me new exercises and towards the last session he also gave me some help with building my confidence in getting back into the gym. During the treatment Daniel was a pleasure to talk to and we had many interesting discussions, I would highly recommend and already have to some of my friends!

It took me three long years to find Move Freely and if I can help others find the right physiotherapy treatment at the right place, then I am happy and it was worth three years of going in the wrong direction. From massage, through laser treatment and traction, they have shown a flexibility and comprehensive understanding of the challenges involved when one's only goal is to climb steps and walk without a limp/pain. Thanks to Move Freely, my neurosurgeon and my GPs are all thrilled with my progress and all agree that Move Freely and its wonderful staff of trained and qualified therapists have made all the difference in the world.
