Whilst we'll do everything possible to keep you on the road, unavoidable delays happen for a number of different reasons. Check the basics regularly, oil levels, tyre condition, tyre pressures, wiper blade condition, coolant levels, anti freeze, screen wash and all other fluid levels. I'm not from the area so was trying to find a local trustworthy garage... Really landed a good one here when I brought my car in. The guys here are really sound and there was never any waiting around for the car. The guy on the reception even called to let me know it was ready to pick up. Never had a problem with my car, went there for service, it came back with snap coil, snapped drop link, doesn't start great (all fixed but not by them) . I was also told my I needed new front brakes and a brake disk, but my cousin is a mechanic (In Scotland, I am only down here working), and he said my disc only needs skimmed.
