We are open for laundrette self serve Monday to Friday 8.30-8pm Saturday and Sunday 8am till 5pm (last wash 2 hours before closing if using Tumble dryers, if using wash only the last wash Will need to be an hour before closing. Took my clothes to be washed here while staying in alder hay. The service was amazing and fast. The two lovely ladies who assisted me were very chatty and friendly .Definitely recommend this place.😊

The problem to which my wife refers was not the price at all but the quality of the ironing, followed by the dismissive customer service when we sent photographs of the creased and poorly ironed shirts and sent them back. When we requested a refund for the poor ironing of the 24 items this was not given, even though we had to re-iron the items ourselves.These items were returned to us without being re-ironed, with two shirts still missing to this day, which we requested be returned ironed or otherwise. These issues were made clear, and at no point have we had a problem with the pricing or have even mentioned it. On more than one occasion we were informed that the clothes could not be ironed unless first washed by the company. We handed in a suit for dry cleaning and the only way I could wear it was to have it done again elsewhere. Hence the one star rating from both of us. We do not appreciate your attempts to make this an issue about our unwillingness to pay your prices and the pricing generally.
