I usually go on recommendations, but found these guys online as they were close to work. Ever the sceptic, I was expecting a long list of problems but they took me out to show me my car, explained all the issues, showed me the diagnostics and then gave me a courtesy car for the day while they fixed mine up. Not only were they a great price, they took the time to talk me through the issues, took videos and photos to show me what was wrong and gave me options on what to do with the repairs. They are a family business and they also make you feel like part of the family. Needless to say, not only am I now a very happy customer for life, I’m shouting about them to all my family and friends! I am honestly so chuffed with these guys. The BEST customer service I’ve had from a garage! Keep up the good work guys!

I moved to the area and had massive engine issues with my van. Was recommended to the garage and spoke mainly with Brian who listened and understood my situation. After inspection of my van engine was informed by Mike it wasn't running right and needed injectors, fuel filter and advised to clean the fuel tank. I agreed the work to be carried out and that Mike was going to work on the van himself. They kept me informed in the next few days and then called to say it was fixed and ready to collect. It runs like it never has. Just want to say a big thank you for the great service you give. I can't fault the staff and Mike ( owner ) on anything. Again thank you.

Fantastic customer service. Phoned up at mid-day to ask if they could look at my brakes as they were grating. Managed to fit me in, identified the problem and fixed by the end of the day. Noticed some minor noises after collection - Mike came over my house(!) In the evening to check all was OK as I was due to go away the next day. I've never experienced customer service like it. Brilliant.

Great service. 👍 Went for MOT. Tester personally spoke to us after test had been completed to advise of future works to be completed. Didn't feel pushed into having the work done right now by them. Would recommend 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟
