As a first time buyer I am nervous and had loads and loads of questions, Jewel couldn't be more helpful and patient. He took the time to talk me through the work that needs doing in the property and he was prompt with the report to send to the solicitor. He is very professional and is always super friendly and ready to help with advice. He never hesitated to put some extra effort in, as his priority is to deliver the best possible outcome.
