Has always been great when I've used the store. Staff are friendly without being pushy. Anything I have purchased has arrived promptly, with no problems at all. Can't rate highly enough, especially with such reasonable prices.

Visited with intentions of buying a mattress and walked out having bought a comfortable mattress with delivery two days later. Perfect! Mattress delivered on time and it is so comfortable that I have no problem sleeping.

While the sales process was fine, I was let down on their promise of next day delivery. Having being charged delivery, I was given a window of between 15.22pm and 17.22pm. Having removed my old damaged mattress, in preparation for delivery of my new one, I was phoned at 17.09pm on Friday 24th Feb to be told their van had broken down. I am now without a mattress awaiting delivery on the 6th March between 07.00am and 19.00pm. Was told to expect a time slot, on the day of delivery. I was asked by staff, to alter my review. As their was no real apology or acknowledgement of fault from Mattress Man or delivery team when they finally did deliver, I will not.

Surprised to receive my mattress in a roll but it came on the alloted day and fits perfectly. Comfortable and a great replacement. Recommended.
