Was looking to change car(coming to end of lease so took a test drive of a new i20 and was looked after really well buy Luke Bailey of the Worcester team of Hyundai. Wasn’t pushed into add on sales and felt listened to for what I was after. Luke was realistic with the current climate and didn’t make any promises that couldn’t be kept. I was well aware that I needed to change my car but I was also very concerned that there were no cars available! In a very relaxed and reassuring meeting, I was able to order a new car and will simply continue payment for my current car until the new car is available. All questions were answered patiently and I came away in a much more confident state of mind. Richard was thorough and careful, not afraid to ask for a colleague, Chris, to check all details before printing out my documents.
