Marlene is super professional and always goes above and beyond for the children in her care. She has looked after our son since 9 months old and has thrived under Marlene's care and guidance. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Marlene and she has been a super support at providing advice and guidance at times such as potty training and other transition points. Marlene teaches children about many different cultural or themes including Chinese new year, world book Day etc through outings, cooking and the wonderful activity trays. Every day is filled with learning and play, supported by trips to various locations including the zoo, museums and music sessions to name a few. We highly recommend Marlene and would not know what we would have done without her.

Marlene is extremely professional and at the same time very welcoming. My younger kid loves going to her place and my older kid also went to hers and had an amazing experience. She is very organised and also has a lot of initiative She does a lot of outings (zoo, minigolf, transport museum, etc...) and goes regularly to playgroups. Lots of reading, interactive playing and main focus on learning activities. I would recommend her to anyone.

Wonderful childminder that we were really lucky to stumble upon since we needed to find temporary child minding while my husband and I worked, for my two kids aged six and four. My two kids immediately took to Marlene’s very sunny and warm personality, and they really enjoyed the activities she took them to: zoo, transport museum, local soft play and group plays. My kids had so much fun everyday they kept asking to return and insisted they stay for good! Very highly recommend to travelers who come to London with kids and need to find a child minder temporarily while working. It was so easy to contact Marlene and the kids loved it very much.

The setting is always very clean and with an impressive range of toys and educational activities (books, messy play, bread baking, butterfly garden, etc). Marlene creates a welcoming family environment and the children love to join in the daily activities, which fosters independence. Marlene gives us lots of feedback and tips on how to deal with upcoming challenges. Marlene organises lots of indoor and outdoor activities in local parks, London Zoo, Transport Museum, and regularly joins play groups with other local childminders. We couldn't be happier!
