Fitted at a price that was within our budget, and very happy with the quality of finish. Any queries were answered quickly, and the office showed great patience when we were trying to decide on the finishes. These were installed by Mark's team who were excellent from start to finish. Brendan Forrester5 StarI had my single glazed windows upgraded to double and following a number of quotes I decided to go for Mark Smith Glazing, due to the competitive quote returned and the positive reviews that I had read.
Prior to the works, their team was very responsive and all preparatory information was provided in a timely fashion. The installation team were: on-time each day, very efficient, tidy, friendly and respectful throughout the work. I was working from home throughout the works and the whole process caused me virtually no disruption. The workmanship was excellent and with the job being completed on time and to budget I couldn't have really asked for more!
In summary, I was very satisfied with the whole experience of dealing with Mark Smith Glazing. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering having double glazing fitted.Tuesday 1st December 2020
