We came here originally on Thursday. But they were closed. Serves me right for not paying attention to the opening hours on Google Maps. Luckily, Nottingham is pretty small that coming back the next day was no issue. The food here is on par with and even better, in some cases, than dim sum restaurants in Canada (Downtown Toronto, Scarborough). We ordered 8 dishes for a family of three and was satisfied with the portion sizes. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for quality dim sum.

Fantastic food. Will go again. Service was lovely, and the food was pretty close to what we had in Hong Kong. Not greasy, very authentic. Nice atmosphere and the staff were very tollarent of all the kids. *17/07/21 Just had another AMAZING dim sum for my son's birthday. Everything was perfect. The food outstanding. Thank you again. 10/10

Hands down, Mandarin restaurant serves the best tasting Chinese I've ever eaten in Nottingham. I will definitely be going back with friends and family and I recommend that you try it for yourself, you too will agree with me 😊

I'm not a big fan of Chinese food but my family is. Despite trying a number of restaurants I have never enjoyed the experience. However the food and flavours at the Mandarin are fabulous and I have been converted. Will definitely be heading back there.

Absolutely trash restaurant. I have been to many Chinese restaurants and this is the worst. Trash service and trash food. I gave one point because I can't give zero point. The duck was the only food that was alright. The lamb and beef were terrible. Very poor experience. I strongly recommend you avoid this restaurant and try others.
