This is an absolutely fantastic boutique, selling an incredible range of both UK and European designers. I live in Glasgow and visit every time I am in the area and never leave without a bag in hand ! The staff are incredibly well versed in all designers and always make me feel so welcome with a friendly smile and chat, whilst always being very professional. This is an absolute gem of a shop and my 'go to' place for both smart casual outfits and that dress to die for ! So glad I found you Mhairi and your 'A' team !

Would rate 0 if possible, never felt so unwelcome in a shop. Said hello upon entering and received a look up and down, felt watched whilst looking around the shop. Every item in the shop that was admired the shop worker then readjusted and placed back. This was the case the entire time we were in the shop. In contrast all the other boutiques we visited in Broughty Ferry were very friendly. Would still highly recommend visiting the area, avoid this shop and visit the local shops- lots of beautiful and unique items.

If you ever have the pleasure of visiting Broughty Ferry and you love quality, stylist and a little bit different clothes, shoes etc then you must visit Lulu&M right on the corner of queen street. Mhairi and her team will give you lots of fashion advice to help you choose your outfit etc and what I really love about them is, if somethings not right on you they will politely let you know. 5 Star customer service and do follow them on social media etc as it’s a great way to see all the latest fashion etc.... My treat most months...

Really lovely and helpful staff. When I (daftly) ordered the wrong size of product online as a gift, I phoned to try to amend the order. This was done without bother, and the staff were so friendly (even though I was an even bigger nuisance of a customer by phoning late in the day!). Not only was the customer service warm and helpful, but the member of staff that I spoke to clearly had a great knowledge of their products and was completely on top of their online order system. An all-round faultless service!
