I agree with all the comments here.I am the current victim. Looking at cleaning bill provided by Braemore i see that Braemore uses this company to generate fake cleaning bill. Infact the cleaning is done by a different company at the property. So the real cleaning company name is not mentioned in the cleaning bill. I am charged over a month rent for cleaning. This is not acceptable. This will go on for years until someone do the investigation.

I have reason to believe that this cleaning company is used by unscrupulous property agents to provide grossly inflated cleaning bills which are then used by the property agent to retain the deposits that had been paid by their unsuspecting tenants. I can provide details to anyone who wants to investigate further. UPDATE: Since I wrote this short review someone wrote to me with this statement about Lomond Maintenance: "I am currently in the midst of a deposit dispute of a proposed cleaning fee deduction of £183. We spent two days cleaning the flat before leaving. We were not able to be present for our final inspection and in the resulting report pictures were attached showing a few dusty patches on skirting boards and a smudged tap in the bathroom. While I can appreciate that a little more cleaning may be necessary before the arrival of new tenants there is no way this can possibly amount to £183." Like the other person who complained about this company, they want to remain anonymous. They also share another thing in common in that they used the same property/rental agency which is called Braemar.

I am yet another victim of Braemore’s scam - charging us £530 for a cleaning bill from this so called “maintenance company” after doing some research i discovered this is not even a real company and a fake one used by Braemore to exploit tenants for ridiculous amounts of money.

Arrogant cheeting van driver from this company ran up the slip lane at the Queensferry Crossing then without warning charged into the side of my car to force a space that didn't exist. I WOULDN'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE
