I am all for their ethos and products they sell. What I really cant get my head around is the shocking customer service. The in-shop staff would rather not have you around, very unhelpful and actually pretty rude. I also had a terrible experience with them, trying to subscribe to their veg box for the first time. Online booking experience is not only cumbersome but also booked me incorrectly to an entirely different week. The customer service is slow to respond, absolutely not keen to help.

Nice wee shop with a great selection of organic, vegan & vegetarian goods. I mainly go there to stock up on household products e.g. sponges and loofahs.

Small store but great to get organic food, fruits and vegetable and organic Milk too. They also sell other items like laundry detergents, soap, candles, etc all organic. There is 0 use of plastic and no waste. Every item is sold loose which can be taken in paper bags or you can bring container or jars from home. They keep small jars and bottles for milk on sale in case you don't have and then keep reusing it. People are great, very kind and helpful. A lovely place to shop by and you will have different experience altogether.
