With a whiplash injury and the punishment my back gets with work a really good Physio has been my lifeline, Lindy and her team have been far more than that and I can’t thank them enough for their support, both in their treatment but also their kind and caring manor. My go to has always been Lindy, but under her recommendation I have also regularly booked appointments with Sarah Waters, she has proved to be absolutely fantastic and, in all honesty, I find it hard to choose between either of them now. If you need a good Physio and or Sports Massage I can’t recommend here enough.

Very friendly set up and a delight to go and have treatment. I was looked after by Julie who I found to be a very professional physiotherapist. She was charming and enthusiastic. I knew from the start that she would fix my 'dodgy shoulder and she did. I have already recommended the practice to friends.

I saw Julie Millar for a long term knee injury and she was amazing! She really listened to my issues and was thorough in her assessment. I felt in safe hands and that she genuinely wanted to get to the root of the problem and solve it. I saw her over 3 sessions where she checked me for postpartum, checked my running composure, used dry needling, soft tissue massage and gave me great instruction on exercises. I can now run pain free! Thank you Julie!
