I hate wearing formal wear and I felt like a fish out of water. Essentially, I was a nightmare customer. The gent at the store handled this professionally and with the patience of a saint. (I regret not catching his name).
He had a wide knowledge of suits and got everything sorted for me which was just what I needed as I have two weddings in the next two weeks. The price of the suit also included minor alterations. He was certainly the perfect ambassador for the brand.

Nick Simon1 StarShipping costs to the EU were innacurate. Moreover a VAT was not added. In all there were over 20 EURO in costs on top of the quoted price that are not made known to the customer until the package gets to the border (Germany). In the meantime they already charged my credit card. I wrote them 2 times and they never responded. If I am unhappy with the item how do I get that money back? From the delivery service? Disappointing experience with Leonard Silver. Will not be back.Monday 11th October 2021
