I have used langer for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed with the customer care and service. From the ladies and Tina who answer the phone who are always polite, cheerful and helpful and the prescriptions team Matt and Donna (who I often deal with) are an incredible asset to my clinic who are very knowledgeable and exceptionally talented people. I highly recommend langer, a very slight negative they are the top end of the market but it is worth it as I am always pleased and more so my patients with the quality of expertise and workmanship. Gary from sales is an absolute star and has always come in person to my practice which is great and can't do enough to help so he is a fantastic person to get in touch with as a 1st port of call if new to langer. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work. Herts Wellness Centre

Beware as a patient taking out a "protect agreement" with Langer. You pay a fee (some £30 per year) to have orthotics refurbished. The agreement has a note which states that anything other than "normal wear and tear" may be refused. So this raises the questions (1) whether the product is fit for purpose (2) how long it remains fit for purpose (3) whether this is contrary to Consumer Protection legislation and guarantees under the payment method used for purchase. Importantly another note in the agreement states that a patient can only return the orthotics under the insurance via a practitioner - who will charge you a fee (often to send in the orthotics and sometimes to return them to you). Given that the agreement is between the patient and Langer one legal view I have received is that this is not enforceable. It is noteworthy that the only other (and positive) review on this site is from a practitioner - who stands to gain all ways round. Take care
