Lucy and the team warmly welcome you to Lavant Equestrian, where people and horses truly thrive. We have decades of experience, and we are here to support riders of all ages through every step of their journey.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, you’re returning to horse riding, or you’re an advanced rider, our first-class facilities spread over 80 acres make us the perfect choice.

We teach everything you need to know, from riding skills right through to horse ownership and a how to build a career with horses. We also offer excellent livery facilities and horse and pony loan arrangements.

We provide riding lessons for both children and adults at every stage of their learning, alongside a host of other opportunities such as Pony Club, activity days and parties – all in a safe environment and at affordable prices. We’ve over 50 horses to choose from, and we pride ourselves on matching the right horse with the right rider.

We understand that you’ll want to get to know us a little first. That’s why we recommend a no-obligation 45-minute introductory ride. This is a great opportunity for you/your child to meet the team and horses, and you’ll also get a tour of the yard and facilities. Our professional instructors work with everyone from novices and nervous riders right through to experienced riders, so you’re in safe hands.
