Ktrio consultancy supported me through my application process to CQC as a provider of domiciliary care. They helped review my documentations and made sure they were fit to be submitted to the CQC. Before signing up with Ktrio consultancy, I had lost confidence in myself since I had my first application to CQC returned because it did not meet the required standard. KTRIO supported me by holding meetings with me and literally giving me all the tools I needed to get registered with CQC. I am very happy that I passed my CQC interview. There were so many questions but I was so prepared so I answered all the questions confidently. I will recommend this company to anyone who is saying ‘I want to register as a domiciliary care provider with CQC but I do not know how or where to start’. I am very grateful to this company. We have just managed to register our business with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). I don’t know how we could have done this without Ktrio Consultancy.
