They're alright, got work within a week of contacting them however they are rubbish at communication, almost everytime I call with an inquiry I am told the operator does not work within a specific department and when an employee is available they would call back. Only they wouldn't call back and I would be chasing them and ringing up for multiple days just to have the same 'we'll call you'. It's gotten to the point I don't even contact the agency anymore I go straight to my works managers. There are definitely better agency's available and I don't recommend KPI unless you're willing to spend most of your time listening to the dial tone.

Great agency To work for, the registration was straightforward and license checking did some class one work and found Nicks communication Was fantastic. And payments were made on time. Great place to work Agency wise. Thanks to all the staff for my work I received.
