KOMBAT MARTIAL ARTS

By being able to look after yourself on the street or anywhere where there could be a concern for your safety. This could be from a one on one attack to multiple attack situations. We focus on Situation Awareness and Rational Thinking Strategies. By practising the two above disciplines this will give any student a well rounded response in being able to have the ability, confidence and options to hand in looking after yourself in the light of a street based assault. Work on a multitude of life skills such as focusing/concentration and hand to eye coordination. It will teach the importance of respect and much more. A reception learning based model giving them a fun introduction into Martial Arts that will hopefully grow!

My 9 yr old twin daughters recently joined Kombat, and they both love the classes. I was concerned about how my Autistic daughter would cope, as she has additional needs and challenges, but the Instructors are so good with her.

I have never seen such a strange place ,, a little while ago i popped in at lunch time, there was a BJJ class i asked for a private Bjj lesson one to one to the instructor as i have limited time i explained my situation i could not attend in the bjj classroom with others therefore i need a one to one lesson,, the answer from instructor was totally shocking ,, i can t teach to the people who i don t know!!! i trained at many different places but i have never heard this sort of unprofessional answer!! you don t really have to know me bud i did not come there to make a friend of any one,,, my purpose only was just to improve my bjj skill that was all,, i don t know whether he was the owner or just a bjj instructor but its out of professionalism.

I highly recommend Kombat Martial Arts in Stirchley. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. My little boy Connor has only been going for about 5 weeks and I am so impressed with the skills he has learnt and how his confidence has increased. He learns so much in just one session. His instructor Jamal is fantastic! He’s so nice and patient with the kids, a positive role model and brilliant at what he does. It’s great to see my boy so excited to go to his classes and think so highly of his instructor. Thank you so much, really glad I heard about this place.

Been to 3 session its a class build upon team work all members are happy to instruct new starters and help them progess and are very supportive and the instructor is very good at explaining what you have to do and gives all of his student the advice and tools they need and is very person centered. Would recommend to anyone who is interested. Big up jedi master chiu and his excellent class
