This KFC is busy which is good because majority of the food is fresh due to the quick turnaround. If you are using the self service kiosk to order and want to eat in, it prompts you to take a table number. The whole purpose of this is so staff bring the order out to you, however, they do not do this and still shout out the order number to collect your food. Lazy service

I came here since I was told they have Halal food. Of course the name KFC is usually enough to assure quality. This branch is definitely under staffed. No one was cleaning the tables or taking out the lift overs. Only one lady was on the front taking orders + delivering. She was running all over to catch up. The size of chicken pieces was a little smaller than I get at other branches but it could me just my luck today. They have dinning area inside as well as outside. I noted that dip sauces ( mayonnaise,...) were sold separately!! This was the Mighty meal plus extra beans.

We ordered Family Feast: six pieces from KFC tonight, and what we got was unacceptable. We got a few big proper pieces of chicken, as you can see on the left-hand side. Then the rest were random small, hard, old, awkward cuts; we assumed it was to make up the missing proper sized chicken. It is not right to fool your customers with wrong quality items to make up the quantity. We were fortunate and got a refund from Deliveroo, but what about someone ordering from the restaurant directly? Overall very disappointing; KFC should work on quality control with their franchises. Otherwise, it is just going to ruined the brand name.

I went into this place looking for a quick bit of food that ended up taking us 20+ minutes because it was really understaffed with only 1 person packing orders and two guys at the back messing around, shouting and making animal noises. The food we ordered ended up being ridiculously small, almost like it was a joke. We ended up leaving the food because it probably was eaten out of. I got a mega box that was barely half full and my girlfriend got rice that was 20% full which is ridiculous.

Absolutely pitiful a complete health hazard!. Disgusting, dirty tables, rubbish on all tables bins overflowing, floor full of rubbish no-one could sit down until rubbish was moved to another tables pile of rubbish. People complaining to staff at state of the restaurant . if I could would give it a minus 10
