Got these guys in to repair my toilet as had good reviews , price was expensive but agreed for the work to be done as we had struggled to get a plumber out, they were fast at coming to the job which was good but then everything went down hill from there. I came home from work after my partner dealing with the chaps to find out that it took 2 guys to repair a toilet which baffles me as to why! they had left water everywhere for my pregnant partner to clear up, chipped the toilet seat, used cheap as chips goods, and on they’re way out broke our door Handel and neglected to tell us! I had them back today to explain the issues and they had no interest in helping me and no raised concern about leaving the mess for a pregnant lady to clear up. I think these guys should be ashamed of themselves with poor service and lack of interest in helping as we had allready paid them!! Would not recommend at all.
