Had problems with balloons deflating 2yrs in a row (last year she hadn't even touched it, was stored in a wardrobe). This time I have been told that there is a puncture and despite the fact my daughter has barely touched the balloon they are unwilling to do anything about it. I'm local and have a lot of family and friends that will be avoiding the shop now. Unfortunate as of course we like to support local businesses but that's not how to run one in my opinion. I have nothing else to say on the matter, regardless of the owners response. Poor quality, poor business acumen. Had the balloon been replaced then I still would have avoided the shop but I wouldn't have felt the need to write a bad review.

A fantastic shop with everything you could possibly need for any party occasion. A big shop with so much choice. Really friendly staff who gives good attention to detail when sorting out your balloons. They done all my balloons there and then. I would highly recommend this shop. Parking outside which makes it easy.
