Brought the van on on a Friday 9am with an engine fault which was confirmed as an EGR valve problem within 1 hour, and replaced by 4pm. They moved things around after a few cancellations so I could have it back and not miss work. Really great service, and really appreciative of not waiting for ages to know what's going on. My new garage after moving :)

If you want bad service with no compromise, this is the place. First, a poor quality service, second, they create problems with your car to make a profit, third, they tell you to pick up your car at a time, you schedule for that and the car is ready 2 hours later. Overall service rating -35, definitely don't go there.

Good service .They charge you for the work they have actually done and don't try to trick you. I took my car there for EGR valve replacement and oil change as they had the best quote for EGR replacement. While doing the oil change, they also fixed an oil leak at no additional cost. I will definitely use this garage in the future too.

Coventry branch was excellent. They managed to fit me in for an MOT the same day. Passed straight away and never pushed for any extra work. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I'll definitely use myself again in the future. Thank you.

Came in to pick up my car after a failed MOT, work done quickly but very bad customer service- the , slightly bald ,short,overweight, scruffy looking man on reception has a vile attitude and aura about him , (Andy Wells his name is) and just isn’t professional, constant huffing and puffing due to his own mistakes! was very close to making him very uncomfortable but after work I couldn’t be asked too! The Asian mechanic was really nice nice though. Seems like Andy either hates his job or takes it too serious .
