Khan Khan5 Star10/10 service every time I go to the car wash. They have never disappointed me with the service. The stuff are lovely and caring naming some of the staff like Bradley, Duane & Aidan. L4 StarThe man doing the valets today is an absolute star (22/01/23 1pm) although it was really busy he happily agreed to clean my car despite the kid doing the drive through car wash and payments discouraging me to purchase the service.
The kid said "the wait is 2 hours. We already have 2 cars on valet" I said I don't mind waiting as I really needed to get my car cleaned and he reiterated "the wait is TWO HOURS 🙄".
The guy doing the valet did not hesitate to say he'll be alright to take the job and was completely polite. I told him I'm happy to wait 2 hours and he said "WHAT?! It's only 30mins". I really appreciate him for helping me as when my car is not as tidy as I prefer it triggers my anxiety.
I would have given 5 stars but I took 1 out because of that kid being rude to me and discouraging me to purchase the service. I understand there was a demand for the service and I don't mind waiting 2 hours if that's what it takes for me to get my car cleaned I will not kick off about that. But being turned away for no reason is just absurd.

J S4 StarThought I'd give the car a Christmas wash, chose the Mini Valet £15.00 and joined the precession of moving cars. Inside was perfect however the wheels were still grubby, still quicker than doing it yourself.Wednesday 11th January 2023
