We are a Mother and Daughter team, based in Newport and enjoy making cupcakes, celebration cakes and wedding cakes.  Our kitchen has been registered and inspected by Newport City Council and we are proud to score 5 in the hygiene rating.  We also hold Level 2 Food & Safety Hygiene certificates, and are fully insured with the British Sugarcraft Guild.

Highly recommend ice 2 c u cupcakes. Many thanks to niki who was fab from start to finish. Cake was perfect in every way for my daughters 18th. It added the finishing touches to a lovely day in lockdown. Thankyou.

I requested the expertise of ice 2 C U to help me with a design for my partners birthday surprise. With short notice they were able to accommodate my idea to create a bouquet of sunflower cupcakes, they enquired and assisted with every detail to the point of putting my partners favourite sweets in its base. This really made my partners birthday one to remember.

I have ordered several cakes and cupcakes from niki and her mum. Everytime they have exceeded my expectations and the cakes have been soft, light and full of flavour. No design has been turned away, I believe they enjoy the challenge Will continue to purchase my cakes and cupcakes from niki for as long as possible
