I ordered my bridal outfit from here. The whole experience from trying on my outfit, to ordering it, to collecting was none other than amazing! It is true what they say, you get what you paid for! Bridal shopping can be so stressful, so having a store who make the whole experience stress free is more than any bride could ask for. The ladies are very helpful and give the right advice to you. From consultation to pick I felt like everyone really looked after me, gave me the time and attention needed when picking your bridal outfit. I cannot wait to wear my outfit! My experience at Hoor was beyond amazing. All the staff were super friendly and made my experience choosing a wedding dress stress free . The dress arrived perfect , in good time & fits me super well, can’t wait to wear it on my big day. They also supplied my jewellery which was custom made & works perfectly with my dress . Would not recommend any other bridal store except for Hoor.

Amazing service from start to finish and very impressed with the whole experience. Promptly ordered my fully bespoke wedding Sherwani and they even included all extras i.e hat, loafers, necklace, scarf, kameez + trousers and advised will call me when ready. Phone call received shortly after informing me my order had arrived, been embroidered and ready for me to collect! Collected my order and it was exactly what I was expecting with the correct measurements! What a service! Amazing! Professional, friendly and helpful staff too! Definitely recommend!

So within 4 months, we've purchased 3 very expensive outfits from Hoor's! Their amazing customer service, their absolutely beautiful & unique designs & just the vibe at the place overall has made us come back again & again! All the outfits are stunning beyond words & I couldn't be any happier with my lengha! It's the most gorgeous piece I've ever laid eyes on mA! Thanks again specifically to Anni, in sha Allah we'll be back again very soon! ❤️
