Okay I'm going to say it: George and Tom just GET IT. For me, my biggest challenge has been, "How do I communicate exactly what I'm thinking over the phone/email/Zoom etc?"... With these guys, their expertise/knowledge/ideas is second to none - but mainly their ABILITY TO LISTEN and UNDERSTAND the individual and specific requirements of our business, to truly comprehend what we're trying to achieve - it's this that I am particularly impressed with.
